Overpopulation

In 1915 the world's population was just 1.8 Billion people. In 2009 the world's population is 6.8 Billion people. In the past 94 years the world's population has increased by 5 Billion people. That's only one lifetime. In 500 years that will be 25 Billion people. If there is poverty, starvation, global warming and a hole in the ozone layer now, what do you think it will be like in 500 years? Man is literally destroying the earth and himself by over populating.
The rising of the sun
This morning the BBC reported that around 36,500 people welcomed the dawn of the Summer Solstice at Stonehenge, UK.
The dawning of a new day is often a wonderful thing to watch. Before the sun rises everything is a dull grey but as the first rays of the day come over the horizon colour begins to flood the landscape and the birds increase their singing as the dawn chorus reaches its climax.
Who are you voting for?
I don't know about you, but we've had loads of leaflets through our door over the last couple of weeks asking us to vote in the European elections on the 4th of June. Everyone seems to claim that they can make the world a better place so which party should Christians vote for?
