Pecha Kucha
I recently came across 'Pecha Kucha' (usually pronounced in three syllables like "pe-chak-cha") which is a simple way to execute engaging presentations - the rules being that you can display 20 images for 20 seconds each. That's it - the presentation done in 6 minutes and 40 seconds. Some more links here:

The rising of the sun
This morning the BBC reported that around 36,500 people welcomed the dawn of the Summer Solstice at Stonehenge, UK.
The dawning of a new day is often a wonderful thing to watch. Before the sun rises everything is a dull grey but as the first rays of the day come over the horizon colour begins to flood the landscape and the birds increase their singing as the dawn chorus reaches its climax.
Who are you voting for?
I don't know about you, but we've had loads of leaflets through our door over the last couple of weeks asking us to vote in the European elections on the 4th of June. Everyone seems to claim that they can make the world a better place so which party should Christians vote for?
